Located in one of Tauranga Airports finest airside  hangars, The Aviator Experience has created an immersive Military Aviation atmosphere that will make your guests say ‘wow’!

​Outside the main hangar door is a spectacular view of Tauranga Airport that provides a stunning backdrop to any event with some real runway action to watch. 

​Our Military Flight Simulators provide exciting entertainment for 10 to 60 guests, getting men and women, young and old in the mood for a fun filled event.

The Flight Deck Room

The Flight Deck room is the main hangar area that can fit up to 60 guests. It’s located right next to the airfield allowing it to be opened up to stunning views and an intimate atmosphere.

• ​133″ screen with Airplay and HDMI connectivity
• 4k Projector screen
• High speed WiFi
• Pool table
• Refreshment Bar
• Open views to the airport runway

The Wardroom

Named after the formal meeting room of an Aircraft Carrier, The Wardroom comfortably seats 12 at the large boardroom table and has it’s own self serve tea and coffee bar.

Amenities include:

• 65″ television with Airplay and HDMI connectivity
• Large double sided whiteboard
• Large flip chart
• Notepads and pens
• High speed WiFi
• Self serve tea and coffee bar
• Tea, coffee and biscuits provided
• Access to The Flight Deck for break

The Briefing Room

A small-scale cinema off the main Hangar that seats 12. Great for screening training videos or movies, it can also be used for presentations without screen use.

Amenities include:

• 133″ screen with Airplay and HDMI connectivity
• 4K Projector and a Dolby Atmos Sound System
• High speed WiFi
• Separate refreshment area
• Tea, coffee, and biscuits provided
• Access to The Flight Deck for breaks
